This listing is for (1) new 12 inch woofer rated at 100 watts RMS, and 140 peak. A good replacement for Marantz Imperial 1, 2 , 3 , 4 ,7 , 8 , 7G, 8g, SP-120, SP40, SP65, SP124 .HLM-312 and more (double check your dimensions before ordering as some models may require minor modifications, such as new mounting screw holes etc).  Both speaker terminals are the larger spade size. For more info on this woofer, please see below. This woofer is brand new in box.
